Rachel Kohman, Ed.D., is the Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship Education at Missouri S&T, where she leads initiatives that strengthen organizational growth through collaborative environments, high impact training, and strategic program development.  With more than a decade of experience, she has built a diverse portfolio spanning adaptive leadership training, student program design, course creation, public speaking, and organizational operations.  A resourceful and results driven leader, Rachel is known for aligning people, processes, and strategy while maintaining strong operational integrity.  As an adaptive leadership speaker and facilitator, she empowers individuals to lead effectively without relying on formal authority.
