Dr. Rachel Kohman

Rachel Kohman, Ed.D., is the Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship Education at Missouri S&T, where she leads initiatives that strengthen organizational growth through collaborative environments, high impact training, and strategic program development.  With more than a decade of experience, she has built a diverse portfolio spanning adaptive leadership training, student program design, course creation, public speaking, and organizational operations.  A resourceful and results driven leader, Rachel is known for aligning people, processes, and strategy while maintaining strong operational integrity.  As an adaptive leadership speaker and facilitator, she empowers individuals to lead effectively without relying on formal authority. Her approach blends practical methods with real world scenarios, helping audiences develop the confidence, resilience, and initiative needed to navigate complexity. The Leading in Action Bootcamp, the third and final bootcamp in our Leadership Bundle, equips participants with the practical skills to translate leadership into action through effective problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and coaching. Participants will apply structured approaches to analyzing elements of adaptive challenges, develop skills to consider multiple perspectives and identify stakeholder engagement for solving complex challenges. Participants will also practice using coaching frameworks to develop others and develop skills to foster collaborative environments where shared purpose is the driver to productivity. The program builds the strategic thinking and interpersonal capabilities needed to lead with clarity, drive results, and sustain long-term leadership impact.
